Thank you for visiting the myeyewears.com. web site (the "Site"). myeyewears.com is a leading online retail store and information site for eyeglasses and sunglasses and related products. The Site is designed by us, myeyewears.com, ("we" and "us") a company with limited liability situated in and vested under the laws of the United States, to provide a convenient, private and informative shopping experience for consumers to purchase prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses and related products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer a large selection of glasses and related products, along with a wealth of information designed to help consumers make educated purchasing decisions. We want each visitor to the Site ("you") (i.e. any natural person acting on the Site with purposes having no relationship to his/her commercial or professional activity) to have a safe, pleasurable visit, so we have established the following general terms and conditions so that we (we and you) know what to expect from each other.
YOUR ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS
Any conduct by you that in our sole discretion restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site will not be permitted. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Site any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, fraudulent, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Site, use of the Site, or access to the Site unless you first obtain our express written consent to do so. You agree not to access the Site by any means other than through the interface that is provided by us for use in accessing the Site.
VALID PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED
You hereby certify that you have a valid prescription for the rx lenses that you are ordering. You represent and warrant to myeyewears.com by placing an order that your information you enter into the Site is valid and true and matches exactly your prescription as provided by your eye care provider. You further certify that you will renew your prescription in strict accordance with your eye care provider's suggested regime. You understand that myeyewears.com will not fulfill your order unless you have a valid prescription. You hereby consent to our contacting your eye care provider, if necessary, to verify your prescription information and any other necessary information.
COLOR AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We have attempted to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
myeyewears.com is not responsible for any damages or lost packages after shipped out the package unless insured. myeyewears.com is not responsible for package clearance or any customs-related issues. Deliveries will be as soon as possible to the address on your order and are "best effort" based. Subject to delays outside our control, the overall delivery period will not exceed 10 days.
Duties and Taxes
myeyewears.com is not responsible for any Customs Duties, Tariffs, VAT's and any other fee's or taxes your country charges on international orders.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to order us.
If you refuse to pay Customs Duties, Tariffs, VAT's or any other fee's or taxes levied by the country to which your order was shipped, your order may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by said authorities. If this occurs you will not be entitled to any refund from the myeyewears.com.
You may return any products ordered by you and cancel the agreement without stating any reason for doing so, such within seven (7) working days following the confirmation of your order ("the Return Period"). If you return the products you are obliged to comply with the requirement of our Returns Policy (below). You must return all the products in the resalable packaging provided with them. Between the date of your election to withdraw and the date the product is returned by you to us you shall bear all risk in keeping the products safe, secure, and free from loss or damage.
All returns must be returned within 30 days from the original orders delivery date.
We are not responsible for any lost packages. All returns must be sent prepaid by a trackable carrier.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Any Expedited shipping or Insurance fees can not be refunded, including postage incurred under our free shipping promotion.
All returns must be shipped back in the same condition in which it was shipped to you. All product materials (such as case,lens,box,clothe,etc.) that were included in your package are to be shipped back as well. We have the right to refuse any return if we find the returned item was used, did not include all packaging materials (as listed above) and/or not in the same condition it was sent to you.
All lenses(Custom lenses), lens coatings & tints for glasses are non-returnable.
Shipping cost are not refundable. Waived shipping cost $8.00 (and insurance) as we gave discount (Order over$50.00) will be deducted from purchase price.
Return after 30days will charge restocking fee.
We are not able to refund 60 days after purchase.
We will issue a full refund or replacement of goods in all instances where
1.prescription eyeglasses or related products are supplied to the wrong specification as per your prescription.
2.Eyeglasses or related products are supplied damaged;
3.the products you have ordered are returned to us as undeliverable by the postal service;
In all instances (save returns to us as undeliverable) you should contact our customer services to request a return and the relevant return address. A refund or replacement will be issued to you following their receipt at that address within 30 days of that date. If goods are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for confirmation of the delivery address. If no reply is received within a reasonable period and in any event within 30 days of the return of the goods, then a refund will be made within 30 days of that date.
If a damaged or defected product is received, you must immediately(maximum 3 business days) contact our customer service for a return to be made in the future.
After we receive the product, we will offer an exchange or refund. Products that are not defective or that have not been found to be damaged upon arrival consider as customers misuse and can not be returned.
We have the right to decline a return of a product that is either damaged or defected by customer, or not in its original condition.
Do not need RA#, just return to address on invoice but must return with blue invoice.
For international returns, please ensure the package is marked as 'RETURN WITH NO VALUE' so import taxes will not be charged. Otherwise, all import taxes must be covered by the customer. We are not responsible for any taxes associated with accepting an international return.
Shipping and Payment
When you place your order, you can choose your shipping method. All orders over $49 automatically receive free shipping. Free shipping can take up to approximately 3~8 business days.
When you are fitted for eyeglasses by your Eye Care Practitioner, they should provide you with a paper copy of your prescription. Keep in mind that spectacle and contact lens prescriptions can be different, so you should ensure that you are ordering the parameters for your spectacles and not for your contact lenses.
All eyeglasses or(and) sunglasses may need special skill to fill the prescription, a warranty will expire if these fall into an unskilled optician and damage it. Please check carefully condition of the frame before hand to your optician.
